Who are you?
I have spent the last decade trying to answer that question and I am finally getting a clear picture.
My name is Kelly, and I am a photographer based out of Knoxville, Tennessee.
I had a love for photography when I was a kid but I didn’t start taking photos until I bought my first camera in 2015. I messed around with different types of photography, but never took it seriously until March 23rd when I tried to take my camera into see Armor For Sleep and the venue gave me a swift no. Growing frustrated with going to concerts and hating just standing there watching these amazing artist play on pretty sets, I set my goal to get my camera into a show and shoot a concert. So on May 4th 2023, I shot my first show covering local bands at a venue in Knoxville, TN.
I went from the girl who never did anything to “Hey, you’re that one photographer!”
I’ve met so many amazing people. It blows my mind every time I go out and capture their stories, emotions, and performance, and share literally through my lens how inspiring they are.
